Bankruptcy-record searches depend on the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the underlying court data sources and on the identifiers you provide. A "clear to proceed" status means no match was found in the configured sources at the time of the search. It is not a guarantee that no bankruptcy filing exists, and it expires. A failed search is always presented as "do not proceed" and is never treated as clear.

You remain responsible for complying with all applicable law, including the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act where it applies, and the rules of any court in which you act.
