Accessibility Statement

StayClearance is committed to making its website and product usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.

• Semantic HTML with landmark regions, headings, and labeled form controls.
• A skip-to-content link and full keyboard operability for interactive elements.
• Color choices that meet contrast requirements, with status also conveyed by text, never color alone (e.g., “Bankruptcy hold: do not proceed”).
• Accessible names on icons and controls; decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
• Accessibility review as part of ongoing design and development.

The platform is under active development and some views may not yet meet every criterion. We prioritize fixes that block task completion for assistive-technology users.
